Free Crochet Pattern: Bow Ear Warmer

Skill Level: Easy

Size: Women’s 

Supplies:
Red Heart With Love Yarn 
Size H (5.0 mm) Crochet Hook 
Tapestry Needle
Scissors

Abbreviations (US Terms):
BLO – Back Loop Only
Ch – Chain
Dc – Double Crochet
FLO – Front Loop Only
Sl st – Slip Stitch

Important Notes:
-After making the foundation chain and joining slip on you head to make sure it’s not too tight or big. -In the photo above 2 headbands are pictured with 5 rows and the top has 6 rows. I preferred the width of six rows but you can make your headband as wide as you would like.

Headband

Row 1: Ch 74, join with sl st, ch 2, dc in same & in each across.
Row 2-6: In BLO: Ch 2, dc in each around, join with sl st.

Bow Center

Row 1: Ch 11, hdc in 2nd ch from hook & in each across. Ch 1, turn.
Row 2: In FLO, hdc in same and each across. Ch 1, turn.
Row 3: Hdc in same and each across. Ch 1, turn.
Row 4: In FLO, hdc in same and each across.
Fasten off.

Wrap bow center around headband and stitch together.
Sew in your ends.
